At TagasWatches, we pride ourselves with providing you with the best value possible from every purchase of ours.  Some of our watches will be sold with manufacturer warranty if the watch is new enough, and if this warranty has expired or near to expiry, we will add our own 12 month TagasWatches warranty on top of that.

Most of our watches we will provide a warranty, and it's just another way how we look after you and make your purchase with us as smooth as possible.

We now provide a warranty/certificate of authenticity card with our watches with warranty, which outlines the model, serial number, expiry date of warranty and a unique warranty reference number unique to your watch.

Our warranty does not cover wear and tear (for eg. frayed strap, cracked crystal and scratches, fading and change in colour) or any misuse such as water damage.  Our warranty also will not cover any unauthorized repairs or modifications by any third parties, or any damage caused by any non-genuine parts or accessories. Every watch sent back for repair will be subject to inspection from our watchmakers and assessed, and it's to our discretion to carry out any work.
